[GHG Network] Inventory Overall Instructions

Dear all,

 

We started our Second National Communication Project early this year and we
are currently working on preparing Inventory Overall Instructions (Manual of
Procedures) including data management, documentations and QA/AC.

We have reviewed the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Procedures Manual
and we'd like to inquire about your experiences and recommendations in this
regard,
