<p>As TerraPass continues to grow, we seek to expand our
capacity to source verified carbon offset projects in the U.S. and around the world. As a
result, we're looking for a highly motivated technical individual to join our
small, high-power carbon team. This is a unique opportunity to make a
difference by fostering new carbon projects while having a great time building
a start-up company in downtown San
Francisco. </p>

<p><b>Here's what our O&I
Manager will do: </b></p>
<p style="margin-left: 18pt;"> </p>
<ul style="margin-top: 0pt;" type="circle"><li>Source
new candidate projects, primarily in the United States. Build and
maintain a pipeline of viable candidates to meet TerraPass' growing
purchasing capacity.</li><li>Guide
TerraPass candidate project operators through the entire carbon credit
generation process</li><li>Support
the project origination process by conducting technical analyses for
projects new to TerraPass and by fielding new project requests from
project proponents</li><li>Develop
and implement procedures to quantify emissions reductions and establish
monitoring and verification plans, consistent with applicable standards</li><li>Manage
project level verification, including overseeing any field work required</li><li>Manage
and prepare necessary project documentation (PDDs, Validation Reports, financial
analyses etc.) for internal TerraPass use and for submission to external
entities.</li><li>Manage
relationships with a variety of project stakeholders, including operators,
external verification agencies, equipment vendors, brokers, etc.</li><li>Contribute
to carbon strategy as a key member of a small focused carbon team</li></ul>

<p><b>Here's what we're
looking for in a candidate:</b></p>
<p> </p>
<ul style="margin-top: 0pt;" type="circle"><li>Demonstrated
experience in origination and implementation in the carbon market,
preferably with CDM tools. </li><li>Demonstrated
experience sourcing new business relationships, whether within or outside
the carbon markets.</li><li>Demonstrated
ability to initiate and manage relationships with outside vendors and
partners, including experience with contract negotiation.</li><li>Working
knowledge of the carbon-financed project lifecycle, and a passion for
creating new carbon reduction capacity.</li><li>Experience
writing formal documents within prescribed structures (such as regulatory
submissions or client deliverables)</li><li>Excellent
verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong
financial aptitude</li><li>Calm
under pressure </li><li>You
get a kick out of doing a lot with a little</li></ul>

<p><b>And here are the
qualifications we're looking for: </b></p>

least three years of relevant experience</li><li>Environmental
or energy-related engineering degree</li><li>Experience
with start up preferred</li><li>Personal
passion for TerraPass company mission essential</li></ul>
