<br><font size=2 face="Arial">The thing about this latter report is that
it gives you the chemical composition of tyres (tires!!), so you can exactly
calculate the post-combustion CO₂ emissions from first principles
(worst-case - all carbon converts to CO₂, not soot etc).</font>

<br><font size=2 face="Arial">Internally, we use the default figure of
2,550kg CO₂ per tonne of tyres. So I guess we fall somewhere
in the middle of the range. If you're really serious about this, I would
have a carbon analysis done - that way you'll get a usable and relevant
figure (at small cost. It's a routine test).</font>
